Someone needs to pin down Zack Polanksi on the Greens abolish landlords policy.

How are Councils supposed to buy properties off Landlords at even a much discounted rate if so many Councils are effectively bankrupt, if were being honest about things.

The thing with this is he’s selling a policy which is completely impractical and giving people false hope.

when the only way forward is to move aggressively on planning reform with the Greenbelt to increase supply of housing to then force prices down a bit for first time buyers.
